We are pointing research interested in graduate experiences and opportunities of the staffing & selection procedure.

It’s a chance for graduates to air their opinions on their job hunting skills, it won't take more than 5-10 minutes and there is the chance to win £30 Amazon Vouchers


Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.  The purpose of this study is to investigate graduate experiences and expectations of recruitment and selection processes.    If you are a third year university student, postgraduate student or recent graduate (within a year of graduation) who has experienced applying for a graduate level job, then you are eligible to participate in this research.    

Your participation in this research study is completely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time by simply exiting your browser.  All responses will be kept anonymous and confidential. The data collected will be stored on a secure, password protected database until the study is complete, at which point it will be deleted by the researcher.    This project has been approved by the Research and Ethics Committee of the Department of Psychology of City University London.

Instructions for completion: 

The questionnaire takes no longer than 15  minutes to complete, depending on your rate of responding.  Firstly you will be asked a number of demographic-based questions.   Next, you will be presented with a number of statements and asked to indicate your response on scale.   Please answer all questions honestly, based upon your own views and quickly.
